Hatha Yoga Workshop with Suthesh

Sunday 24 September 10am – 1pm, lunch included

  • This Hatha Based Yoga Workshop will be a gentle approach of yoga Asanas with a flow rhythm. It will involve simple pranayama to help with daily life, encouraging relaxation and rejuvenation in the mind and body.
    It may involve some gentle partner yoga stretching.
    The overall experience will increase energy levels and be a motivating practice.

    Veggie lunch included and can be taken away or enjoyed with the group.

    Early bird of £25 is open till 23/9/17, or £30 on the day.

Mindfulness Based Living Course

The Mindfulness Based Living Course is an 8 week course developed by the Mindfulness Association, with the intention of introducing mindfulness to people in an experiential setting and relating it to everyday life. A commitment to some home practice and an open mind are required.              

Booking for the Mindfulness Based Living Course is essential as numbers are limited to a maximum of 14 people.  Cost  for the course  £120.  A £20 deposit will be required to secure your place.  Concessions  are available on request.

Five Rhythms Workshop

Introductory workshop to Five Rhythms moving meditation practice with the inspirational Gillian
Galbraith who has been teaching Five Rhythms for over ten years in Scotland and London.
Five Rhythms is a dynamic moving meditation where we explore how our body wants to move,
how our emotions move through our body, how our stories show up in our dance, so that as we
dance, we explore how, and who, we truly are.
This is an amazing opportunity to experience this form of movement and it is exciting to welcome
Gillian to Perth for the first time.

Chakra Dancing with Creative Meditation

Saturday 21 October 11am – 12.30pm £8

Chakra dancing is a beautiful workout for mind, body and soul, and it is for everyone who loves moving the body to music. We will dance through the chakras, stimulating the natural flow of energy to balance the seven energy centres, enhancing our lives by harmonising our inner and outer selves to rediscover our natural vitality.

Chakra dancing releases stress and emotions that build up in the body, bringing us home to out “roots”, honouring ourselves in self-expression, self-awareness, self-empowerment, freedom, liberation and happiness.

This will be followed by a deeply relaxing Creative Meditation to access the peace within, by calming the mind and allowing us the opportunity of gaining a deeper insight into ourselves and our true nature on our voyage of self-discovery.
