Hatha Flow Yoga
Hatha Flow starts from the fundamentals of yoga – breath and postures – and unites them to create flowing sequences, encouraging your practice to become a moving meditation. The class is centred on Sun Salutations, which are followed by flowing sequences of standing postures. The class then slows down with postures promoting deeper stretching and relaxation.
Hatha Flow is suitable for all levels, and beginners are welcome. Students are encouraged to listen to their body and be guided by their own breath.
