Nia mindful fitness movement

Nia is a barefoot low impact fitness class with simple-to-master moves to a variety of music with mindfulness and personal choice at heart. It blends elements of yoga, martial arts and tai chi with simple dance movements for cardio, flexibility, strength, balance and coordination.
