Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness is knowing what is happening when it is happening without preference. It is a training to be in the present moment rather than dwelling in the past or getting too caught up in planning for the future.

This is done through the meditation practices of sitting, walking, movement, body scan and visualization. It can help us develop a stability of mind that does not become overwhelmed in the experiences of life that we find difficult and can help bring us peace and happiness.
