Andi
Andi is a Hatha yoga teacher with a keen interest in anatomy, using awareness of posture, breathing and mindfulness to build a foundation of trust in the body. All sessions are fun and relaxing, often having a seasonal theme and weaving in yoga mythology.
She is also a qualified dance fitness instructor and likes to introduce dance techniques into her yoga teaching style. The class is open to anyone who wants to explore the yoga world in a welcoming environment. Andi also has qualifications in chair yoga and pre & postnatal yoga.
