Holly - Massage

Holly has been practicing massage since 2005. She completed her qualifications in Seattle, Washington where she studied Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Spa Treatments, and Hot Stone Massage.

She also studied Personal Training in Windsor, England, where she earned this qualification which added depth to her understanding of how massage can optimise performance when added to a sports regime or training programme.
