Karen - Polarity

Karen first discovered polarity therapy and its benefits when living in Sydney, Australia and embarked upon learning the polarity therapy principles, undertaking her training in Tasmania in 2017 with Chris McGrath and Esther Berlie.

In 2020 she decided to develop her knowledge and skillset further by undertaking the NQ in Holistic Therapies with Perth College UHI.
