Perth’s dedicated centre for Yoga, T’ai Chi, Meditation and much more at our beautiful studios next to the North Inch.
Perth Yoga Studio offers a comprehensive selection of yoga styles for every level of experience, from Hatha to Ashtanga Vinyasa, Kundalini to Active Yoga, plus classes for pregnancy, and mums and babies. We also offer Mindfulness courses, T’ai Chi and Chi Kung, and Nia – movement to music. You can begin, or continue, to develop your practice and work with some of the best teachers in Scotland – all in a friendly and professional setting. We have two studios to enhance your experience of both the physical and mental aspects of the classes on offer, a spacious and sunny Studio 1 for yoga and t’ai chi, and smaller Studio 2, ideal for meditation groups and one to one sessions, with views over the North Inch park and the River Tay. Studio 2 is also a therapy room by day during the week, with three excellent therapists offering a range of services. The therapists’ details can be found on the Teachers and Therapists page.
Perth Yoga Studio is ideal for weekend workshops, and leaders looking for a picturesque, well-situated venue in Central Scotland are welcome to contact us for availability of dates.
